I absolutely love Halloween. Even now. Being diagnosed with ALS cannot take the magic away from that day. The decorations bring that childhood spark back to our lives, the kids that come to our door are absolutely adorable, and we ALWAYS celebrate with friends. Halloween 2018 was no different. My family, a few friends, and I sat around a fire. We ate candy, Italian food, and joked with the families that came trick or treating. It was absolutely everything I needed.
